OPERATIONS MANAGER
You will be responsible for leading a team of onsite engineers to manage day-to-day IT operations (desktop, server and network) and all aspects of technical and administrative services to meet or exceed service level agreement
• Minimum Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in leading and guiding a team of Infrastructure Engineers in delivering network, server and desktop Services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, Lotus Notes email, LAN, WAN, firewall and desktop
• Experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and service delivery
• Experience in resource planning and daily management of team’s morale and performance
• Good leadership (must have experience leading a team of at least 10 members) and Client management skills
• Preferably have experience working in government environment
• Any project management certification will be an added advantage (e.g. PMP, CITPM or COMIT)
