Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
- Knowledge of Windows XP Operating System
- Troubleshooting knowledge and experience in Windows Networking Environment
- Hands-on experience in Point of Sales System and/or Accounts Software Solution will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and possess good working attitude
- Able to work at outstation (Out of Kelang Valley)
- Possess with a valid Class D Driving License
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- To be based in Indah Square, Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
- Malaysian Fresh Graduates (graduation in 6 months) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 are encourage to apply
Job Responsibilities
- Provide POS System training and support for end users
- Attend to user request and resolve user problems (Hardware and Software)
- Handle users’ technical issue i.e. set-up, software installation and trouble shoot on any technical related issue
- Troubleshoot and response to end users on any technical related issue
